Map It Client is an app that allows you to be in sync with your realtor/agent. When your agent receives the list of homes you would like to see, he/she will then create that list into a route using Map It Realtour. Once they create this route it is then assigned to you, and you can now follow your agent via Map it Client using the same in app navigation your agent does on their app Map It Realtour.

The list of homes will be numbered from 1 to … and will be red. Once you arrive to each home the pin will turn green, and you will be able to add notes and pictures for this home (just like your agent can). Both you and your agents notes and pictures will be saved and synced so both can view what each liked or disliked about each home. Once you are done you just click the navigate button and your off to the next home where all the previous steps are redone.
Once you have visited all the homes your route will be saved in route history. Roue history will have all your saved routes (homes visited) with the saved notes and pictures for each home. Now when the time comes, you’ll be able to look back and see what home you liked best.

Map it Client also has in app messaging where you are able to message your agent anytime. You will also be able to see calls logged, when emails are sent, notes taken by you, routes you’ve seen and when, and much more in your activity section.

This is not all. Map it Client also allows the agent to sync your listing with you (if you have one) where you can share with family, friends or anyone you meet.

Map it Client is the app that keeps you in sync with your agent and helps you organize all your home buying details. Map it Client is by invite only. And it is free to you.
